AP Coordinator Robinson Twp, PA 15205 (Hybrid) $50,000-$60,000 Our client is seeking a detail-oriented AP Coordinator to lead and manage accounts payable operations within their growing accounting team. In this role, you'll oversee vendor payments, ensure accurate financial records, and help improve AP processes while collaborating with internal teams and vendors. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of payables operations and contribute to process improvements. Overview of the AP Coordinator Role: Oversee and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, following internal approval protocols. The AP Coordinator will monitor outstanding balances and reconcile vendor accounts on a regular basis. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain organized AP records to support audits and reporting requirements. Assist with monthly closing tasks, including accounts payable aging, accruals, and reconciliations. The AP Coordinator will support year-end filings such as 1099s and provide documentation for external audits. Identify opportunities to streamline the AP process, implement solutions, and improve efficiency. Mentor and provide guidance to AP staff as needed. Preferred Qualifications for the AP Coordinator: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting; leadership or coordination experience a plus. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
