Job Details Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer The Manufacturing Process Engineer will lead and optimize production processes while integrating business insights to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, quality, operations, and supply chain—to ensure smooth and efficient production. Analyze production metrics and KPIs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies. Participate in budgeting, cost analysis, and ROI evaluations for process improvements and capital projects. Work closely with internal business units to ensure manufacturing strategies support broader organizational objectives. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Develop and maintain technical documentation, process maps, standard work instructions, and training materials. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field; a business-focused minor or dual degree is a plus. 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, GD&T, quality systems, cost control, and project management. Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools, ERP systems, and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Working Conditions: Primarily based in a manufacturing facility with exposure to standard production-floor conditions. Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas. Occasional travel may be required for training, supplier visits, or project support.
