This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards, while providing guidance and support to the team. Key Responsibilities Supervise a crew of sheet metal workers, keeping them on task and productive Conduct daily or weekly crew meetings to review tasks, schedules, and safety protocols Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met Enforce safety standards and company policies at all times Read and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on-site Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to team members Inspect work for quality and compliance with project specifications Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions quickly Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage Qualifications Proven experience as a sheet metal worker or in a similar trade Prior supervisory or foreman experience preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong knowledge of safety standards and procedures Excellent communication and organizational skills Interested in hearing more?
