Vehicle Post Recovery Specialist Location: Carmel, IN | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • Pay: $25/hour • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (30-minute lunch) • Employment Type: Full-time, W2 • Assignment Length: Through August 31, 2026 ROLE IMPACT The Post Recovery Specialist supports efficient vehicle disposition by maintaining accurate title and VIN documentation. This role ensures all post-recovery reporting is precise and delivered daily to operational teams, enabling seamless tracking and compliance across vehicle recovery processes. Success in this position is defined by exceptional accuracy, timeliness, and mastery of Excel-based data management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and reconcile daily vehicle title inventory records • Generate and review vehicle information reports for accuracy • Prepare and send daily Excel spreadsheets containing 50–100 VIN records • Communicate updates to internal departments as required MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic formulas • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high data volumes • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Prior experience in vehicle, finance, or asset management preferred CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft Outlook • Internal reporting databases and shared drives PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience with vehicle titles, auctions, or recovery operations • Ability to identify process improvements and streamline reporting • Familiarity with data validation and reconciliation best practices By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
