Job Description Job Description The Role As a Sr Flower Technician, you will perform a variety of plant maintenance activities to ensure the highest quality flower for our patients and consumers to enjoy. In this role, you will ensure the healthy growth of our cannabis plants and keep a safe, positive work environment and culture. In addition, you will be responsible for training new employees on our SOP's and best practices as well as performing required computer work. Your precision and attention to detail help ensure our components meet the highest quality standards.
