SAP Data Services (ETL) Technical support • Design, setup, upgrade, and operate SAP Data Services landscapes with complex integrations across multiple source and target systems. • Assist with BODS integration with SAP and non-SAP sources for N1 landscapes, including, but not limited, to SAP Portal, ECC, BW, Oracle, SQL Server, flat files, cloud storage. • Execute repository migration (local central repos) with impact analysis, schema validation, and version synchronization across environments. • Setup of high-availability architecture for Job Servers, Access Servers, and repository DBs. • Support performance optimization of ETL jobs, dataflows, transformations, scheduling, and job recovery logic. • Manage DS security (authentication, repository roles, job server permissions) and certificate/trust configuration for secure connectivity. The role combines: • Program coordination, registrar duties, office administration, and team support (approximately 70%). • Account management and client relationship responsibilities (approximately 30%). • Travel (about 10%) to support on-site leadership programming. This is a direct hire position with a salary of $75,000 – 90,000 with located in the South Park area of Charlotte NC Duties & Responsibilities Program Coordination, Registrar, and Administrative Support • Manage lifecycle communications for program participants, including readiness emails, reminders, and follow-ups. • Track enrollment, pre-work completion, and engagement activities using internal systems. • Provide logistical and scheduling support for participants and consultants. • Prepare notes, materials, and summaries for coaching calls, group sessions, and capstone programs. • Support digital leadership sessions across platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. • Office management: order supplies, manage inventory, prepare and ship program materials, and handle post office needs. • Scheduling: manage calendars for consulting team members, book meetings, and coordinate travel. • Administrative support for day-to-day operational needs, expense reporting, and task follow-up.
