PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION The purpose of the EWOC Guest Relations & Imaging Assistant is to greet and coordinate the efficient flow of customers at the Guest Reception area with hospitality and professionalism. Ensures that the correct product is received against the purchase order accurately and ensures that the correct departments receive their supplies in a timely manner. Duty 6: Coordinates and participates in activities related to the retrieval and distribution of x-ray images/films, CD burning, importing CDs ensuring adherence to procedures and policies Duty 7: Scans documents into PACS system assuring that all documents are accurately placed in the correct record.
