Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health concerns, which inform the formulation of clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans. \n Provide individualized, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches. \n Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients facing acute mental health crises, employing immediate and appropriate therapeutic techniques to ensure safety and stabilization. \n Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health documentation. \n Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies that address the clients' multifaceted needs. \n Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, various treatment options, and available community resources, acting as an advocate for their rights and needs. \n Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and educational opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your clients will represent a diverse spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, ranging from adolescents grappling with anxiety and depression to adults seeking support for relationship issues or mental health crises. Our therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and valued while navigating their unique challenges. Qualifications\n \n Possession of a valid mental health license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. \n Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. \n A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related field. \n Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele. \n Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. \n Unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards in practice. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly with diverse populations. \n Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
