Key Responsibilities\n \n Manage a diverse caseload by establishing strong therapeutic alliances with clients and setting professional boundaries. \n Conduct regular sessions, assessing client progress and stability, scheduling follow-ups, and planning for discharge as appropriate. \n Create, implement, and regularly evaluate customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address their unique needs and goals. \n Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client in compliance with professional standards. \n Perform intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and ensure appropriate treatment pathways are established. \n Engage in weekly individual supervision sessions to strengthen clinical skills and receive ongoing support. \n Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment. \n Adopt a growth mindset, staying informed of best practices in the field and integrating new strategies into your therapeutic practice. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The ideal candidate will work with a varied outpatient population, including adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Tailoring therapeutic interventions to fit the unique backgrounds and experiences of clients, you will strive to foster an environment conducive to healing, empowerment, and growth. Qualifications\n \n Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field. \n Active and unrestricted LPC licensure. \n A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting. \n Proficiency in using technology and computer applications, including spreadsheets and electronic health record systems. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a focus on diverse populations. \n Comfort and skill in conducting thorough intake assessments and treatment planning. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise. We operate on a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, eliminating unnecessary wait times for reimbursement.
