The Market Director is a key area leader to help drive growth through advisor teams and future team leaders to serve Thrivent’s clients. The Market Director should possess the ability to attract, launch (onboard) and retain field talent, while helping them find their best role at Thrivent to grow. In this role, you will work independently at times on projects, at other times will be in a collaborative team environment with other software engineers, as well as other program development and deployment teams. Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline 8 years of C/C++ development experience Experience in mission systems software architecture, including design, development, and integration.
