Position Overview The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional, patient-focused care while overseeing all operations within the unit. Collaborating closely with the management team, the CNC assesses and ensures nursing care aligns with established protocols. This role also serves as a vital resource for staff, fostering an outstanding patient experience. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a diverse team to coordinate, assess, tailor, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Assist in the admission and discharge processes. Work alongside subject matter experts and leadership to enhance outcomes and service quality. Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and training to enhance staff performance and engagement. Support staff scheduling efforts. Qualifications Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within six months of starting employment. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required. NIH Stroke Scale certification must be acquired within 90 days of employment commencement. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training must be completed within 90 days of starting. Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
