Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs effectively, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients. \n Deliver evidence-based therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy, using a variety of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. \n Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to provide coordinated and holistic care, ensuring that all factors affecting the client's mental health are addressed. \n Exhibit your crisis intervention skills by providing immediate support to clients in acute distress or emergency situations, utilizing your training to calm and guide them effectively. \n Engage in community outreach initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness, utilizing your expertise to educate the public and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a Mental Health Therapist at St. Elizabeth Wellness, you will work with a varied population of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.
