Work Environment\n This is a full-time remote position, affording you the flexibility to manage your work environment while contributing to our mission. You will engage with a diverse client population from the comfort of your home, while still being part of a supportive and dynamic team culture. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, with the opportunity for either 4x10 or 5x8 working shifts, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to: \n \n Providing tailored psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a respectful and trusting relationship. \n Conducting comprehensive assessments to interpret clients’ social, personal, environmental, and health-related challenges. \n Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that address psychological and behavioral health issues, including depression, mood disorders, and substance dependencies. \n Facilitating sessions aimed at crisis resolution and referrals to appropriate community resources, helping clients navigate their challenges. \n Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment services, which involves maintaining accurate documentation in client records in line with established protocols. \n Engaging in regular case management tasks, ensuring that your caseload is consistently updated and reflective of ongoing service provision. \n Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to plan, coordinate, and implement treatment approaches that meet clients' social and emotional needs. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our center caters to a diverse clientele, including parents navigating the challenges of raising young children, individuals managing mental health difficulties, and families facing relational stress. You will be instrumental in guiding these clients, using evidence-based practices to foster resilience and improve their overall quality of life. Qualifications\n The following qualifications are necessary for this role: \n \n A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. \n A valid Clinical Social Worker license in the state of California. \n A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience, providing mental health counseling services. \n Preferred Experience\n While the minimum qualifications are essential, the following experiences are highly desirable: \n \n Direct counseling experience in behavioral mental health, specifically with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, family dynamics, grief, and substance abuse. \n Familiarity with community resources and assessment tools, enhancing the client's access to care and support. \n Skills in crisis intervention and having a solid understanding of both clinical and holistic treatment methodologies. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We value the contributions of our employees and thus offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000 annually.
