Our patients range from children and adolescents to adults seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n \n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas. \n A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, coupled with a strong commitment to cultural competence in therapy. \n Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy tailored to clients from diverse backgrounds. \n Strong crisis intervention skills with an ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations. \n Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, aimed at building rapport with a wide array of clientele. \n Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate clinical documentation. \n A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adherence to ethical guidelines regarding confidentiality. \n Willingness and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in community health settings, particularly with populations facing mental health disparities. \n Training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR. \n A background in outreach, advocacy, or public health education addressing mental health issues. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
