As a counselor at Enlightened Essence, you will have the opportunity to support clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, making cultural competence and empathy integral to your practice. Qualifications\n \n Must possess an active license as a Mental Health Counselor: LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C. \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. \n Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. \n Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting. \n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues. \n Ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively to a team environment. \n Strong commitment to ethical practice and professional development. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience in a clinical or community health setting, providing direct mental health services is highly valued. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities can enhance your suitability for this role. \n Participation in supervision or mentorship programs may be advantageous in supporting your professional journey. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
