Product Marketing Director (San Jose)

Renesas' Performance Core Power (PCP) Business Group is scaling its Custom AI Power product line — Power Modules, Digital Controllers, and Lateral Power Stages — to serve the compute infrastructure of the world's largest AI platform providers. Both the Business Group and the Custom AI Power product line are growing extremely fast. This organization is structured around dedicated Business Unit (BU) teams for each of the \Big 3\ hyperscale/AI accelerator customers: AWS, Google, and NVIDIA. We are hiring a Business Unit Leader to take full, end-to-end ownership of the business for one of these two currently open seats — AWS or NVIDIA. This is senior leadership role where the BU Leader is the general manager of the business for their customer - accountable for strategy, product roadmap, portfolio decisions, P&L health, while leading a cross‑functional team. What You'll Own Business & Strategy Leadership Serve as the single point of accountability for the AWS or NVIDIA business within Custom AI Power — strategy, roadmap, revenue/margin outcomes, and execution of the products already designed-in. Build and maintain the multi‑generation product roadmap (Modules, Digital Controllers, Lateral Power Stages) in direct alignment with the customer's roadmaps. Portfolio management decisions — what to pursue, what to pass on, and how to sequence investment across competing opportunities. Own the business case and investment justification for new product/program starts, partnering with Finance and the Custom AI Power Leader. Set and defend priorities within centralized organization's (design, operations, packaging, test, etc) resources to meet BU's execution needs Act as the primary business‑level relationship owner with the customer's power, silicon, systems and business teams — building trust at the working level and up through their leadership. Represent the voice of the customer internally, and represent Renesas' capabilities and roadmap externally, including at executive business reviews. Lead pricing, forecasting, commercial and manufacturing strategy discussions in partnership with Sales and Finance. Cross-Functional & Team Leadership Directly lead Product Management, Customer Program Management, and Product Marketing resources dedicated to the BU. Partner closely with Module Design Engineering, Customer AEs, Module Manufacturing, and the Module Execution team to align capacity with roadmap commitments. For the first ~12 months, personally own end‑to‑end execution of a key product from NPI through volume ramp — working the details alongside the team, not just directing from above. Hands‑on involvement across every aspect of execution — design, silicon, test, vendors (inductors, capacitors, substrates), internal and external manufacturing – is a core, ongoing expectation of this role, not a temporary phase to graduate out of. Build organizational capability over time — hiring, developing, and eventually delegating execution ownership as the business scales Qualifications 10 years in the power management / power semiconductor industry, with deep technical grounding in power delivery (modules, digital controllers, power stages, or closely related power conversion technologies). Prior experience running a business or product line end‑to‑end — strategy, roadmap ownership, portfolio decisions, and business/financial management — not solely a product marketing or applications role. Track record engaging directly with large, sophisticated customers (hyperscalers, cloud infrastructure, or AI/compute silicon providers strongly preferred) at both working and executive levels. Experience leading cross‑functional teams (product management, program management, marketing, and/or engineering) without necessarily having direct reporting authority over every function involved. Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, still‑forming business — building process and structure rather than inheriting it. Skills & Attributes Strong technical fluency in power management to earn credibility with both customer engineering teams and internal design/engineering teams. General‑manager mindset: equally comfortable in a roadmap review, a pricing negotiation, and an engineering design review. High degree of self‑direction and ownership — willing and able to be hands‑on with execution details in year one while building toward broader strategic scope. Excellent executive communication and cross‑cultural collaboration skills, given the global, cross‑site nature of the design and operations teams (US, Taiwan, China). Education BS in Electrical Engineering or related field required; MS or MBA a plus. Additional Information The expected annual pay range for this position is $220K - $280K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate. Renesas offers a full range of elective benefits including medical, health savings account (with applicable medical plan), dental, vision, health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts, pre‑tax commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, and pet insurance. Director, Product Management - Data Intelligence Foundation (New York)

Remote/Hybrid Job Overview Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company building AI technology that helps organizations organize data, discover the truth, and act on it with confidence. Over two decades, the company has built the most trusted platform in legal data, earning deep relationships with the world's leading law firms, corporations, and government agencies, and managing petabytes of the most sensitive data in existence. That foundation is now being turned into something larger: The AI platform for legal data intelligence. The Relativity Intelligence Model is the architecture for that transformation. At its base is the Foundational Layer (Relativity's shared data platform serving all AI applications). Five primitives give AI agents the structure, meaning, and retrieval capability they need to reason over legal data at scale: Files, Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, and Query Plane. Relativity's Data Intelligence Foundation engineering org is building this layer. The product leadership that shapes it, drives adoption across Relativity's product teams, and builds the PM discipline to own it long-term. That's this role. The Director of Product Management, Data Intelligence Foundation is one of the highest-leverage product roles at Relativity. The Foundational Layer is what makes every Relativity aiR application smarter, every agent more reliable, and every Relativity product team faster. Getting it right matters enormously. Job Description and Requirements What you’ll own The full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs Files / Natives: The storage primitive for legal documents, images, and native files. You define the substrate that makes immutable legal data consistently accessible across every product, partner integration, and AI workflow, with the SLAs, access contracts, and API surface that teams can build on with confidence. The underlying data primitives are the foundation; the degree to which the retrieval layer (Query Plane) matches this structure determines how easily the organization can navigate between slow data and fast data use cases. Ontology / Relationship: The semantic layer of the Relativity Intelligence Model. Ontology encodes meaning: what kinds of things exist in legal data and how they relate, so that AI agents can reason, not just query. You define what Relativity's Ontology becomes: the entities, relationships, and contracts that give every Skill and Agent a shared vocabulary for legal data. Data Capabilities: Reporting, Audit, and internal data infrastructure. The operational backbone that makes the platform observable, auditable, and explainable. These are non-negotiable properties in legal data intelligence use cases. Knowledge / Metadata: The core data model that every product team, customer, and integration partner works with. A unified materialized document layer, consistent across all workspaces, is the mandate. Your roadmap evolves this surface to serve AI application teams as first-class consumers alongside the users who have relied on it for years. Query Plane: One of the most performance-sensitive and strategically important services in the product. The mandate is a unified retrieval pillar with a rich materialized document layer: standardized ingestion APIs independent of data source, hybrid retrieval (lexical vector) with reranking, chunking as a managed capability, and tiered storage (cold/warm/hot). Minimum qualifications 12 years in product management; 5 years leading platform or infrastructure PM organizations Deep fluency with data platform primitives, including storage systems, metadata layers, knowledge graphs, query engines, or equivalent.
