Work Environment\n The role is fully remote, providing flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while interacting with clients through our secure telehealth platform. The work hours are structured to provide optimal availability for our clients, operating Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough client assessments that encompass psychological evaluations and detailed personal histories to understand individual mental health needs. \n Facilitate regular one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. \n Develop collaborative treatment plans with measurable outcomes that empower clients to set and achieve their personal goals. \n Provide immediate crisis intervention support for clients experiencing urgent mental health crises, ensuring their safety and emotional stability. \n Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and community resources to foster greater understanding and support. \n Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements. \n Adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations, ensuring informed consent and client confidentiality are prioritized in all interactions. \n Demonstrate cultural competence, delivering services that respect and incorporate the diverse backgrounds of our clientele. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the comprehensive care we offer our clients. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n At Life Edge Counseling Services, our clients include a broad spectrum of individuals seeking support for emotional and psychological challenges.
