Our client, a financial services firm, is actively seeking a contract Client Services Assistant to join their busy team! This individual will support advisors and clients with day-to-day service needs, responding to incoming calls, assisting with requests, and helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. We're looking for a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. About You: * 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience in a professional environment * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and technologies * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal * A team-player attitude with the proven ability to collaborate with others * Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Financial services experience is a plus, but not required The Job: * Answer incoming calls and assist clients, advisors, and internal team members with questions and requests * Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries via phone and email * Support the team with account-related tasks, documentation, and general service requests * Conduct research and follow up on client or advisor inquiries as needed * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality service * Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems This contract opportunity is expected to last at least three months with the possibility of extension.
