Key Responsibilities\n As a licensed mental health counselor, your key responsibilities will include: \n \n Providing engaging individual or group therapy sessions tailored to patients’ unique psychological needs. \n Conducting thorough mental health evaluations for new clients and regularly monitoring progress through follow-up assessments. \n Creating and managing detailed treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient feedback. \n Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health issues, working collaboratively with patients to achieve their individual goals. \n Documenting treatment sessions meticulously, including case progress and revisions to treatment strategies as needed. \n Providing psychoeducation to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health and available resources. \n Remaining abreast of developments in mental health practices and participating in ongoing training as part of professional development. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The clientele at Quail Run Behavioral Health Clinic encompasses a diverse demographic with various psychological conditions including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n To be considered for this role, candidates must possess: \n \n A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field is essential. \n Licensure as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC/MHSP, or PsyD) is mandatory. \n A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, substantiating your ability to handle diverse psychological needs. \n Preferred Experience\n While the minimum requirements are specified above, applicants with extensive therapy experience, particularly with marginalized populations, or those familiar with telehealth platforms will be highly regarded for their adaptability and insight into patient care challenges during remote counseling sessions. Compensation and Benefits\n This rewarding position offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to base compensation, you will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and up to an additional $2,000 based on state licensure.
