SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager I or II - BLUvera that will be responsible to support the vision, direction, and day to day operations of the Supply Chain organization. You will work closely with manufacturing operations teams and suppliers to plan, coordinate, and execute Supply Chain activities. Monitor and analyze industry trends and lead the implementation of best practices for supply chain Provide centralized leadership to designated aspects of manufacturing-specific procurement and identify aspects that necessitate independent, site-level procurement Provide strategy guidance to category team on long lead material opportunities. Partner with key stakeholders (internal and external) to oversee successful rollout of Oracle modules, including Supply Planner to manage demand and materials planning activities to ensure supply availability, production readiness, and alignment with manufacturing schedules. Establish supplier performance management routines, including scorecards (KPIs), business reviews, corrective action plans, and escalation processes for quality, cost, delivery, and service performance. People Leadership Lead the work of the buyer team, while establishing strategies for sourcing and supply chain with process excellence focus. Foster teamwork, collaboration, and integration within Supply Chain and across Mortenson to provide cohesive solutions and ensure effective delivery of strategy.
