VP of Engineering A rapidly growing manufacturer of power transformers, switchgear, and electrical distribution equipment, serving utilities, data centers, renewable energy developers, industrial facilities, and critical infrastructure projects across North America. The Vice President of Engineering will lead all engineering functions across the organization's transformer and switchgear product portfolio, overseeing product design, applications engineering, manufacturing engineering, new product development, and technical strategy. This executive will play a critical role in scaling engineering capabilities, optimizing product performance, supporting manufacturing operations, and driving innovation across medium- and high-voltage power distribution solutions. Vice President of Business Development (Scottsdale)

Your Job DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking for a Vice President, Business Development for its rapidly expanding Services Business Unit. You will identify and secure business opportunities with new and existing customers to create superior value. Location: Scottsdale, AZ or remote within the U.S.; requires 25-50% travel. What You Will Do Understand Solar and BESS Services markets to prioritize business development opportunities consistent with short and long‑range strategic commercial plans. Lead organic sales growth by establishing relationships with new customers and developing existing relationships throughout their asset lifecycle. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop creative solutions for maintenance and service opportunities for their solar and BESS assets. Apply lessons learned and market feedback to drive continuous improvement into the sales process and Services offerings. Lead deal negotiations and contracting by leveraging internal capabilities and SMEs. Partner with other DEPCOM Business Development resources to optimize overall customer value and promote DEPCOM's One Source Solution philosophy. Develop value‑based proposals that align DEPCOM's differentiated capabilities with customer economic outcomes. Participate in customer engagements, trade shows, industry events, and other activities to build confidence in DEPCOM's capabilities and brand. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience in the power and utility‑scale renewables industry. Experience with operations and maintenance (O&M), repower, restoration, or other service offerings through OEM, EPC, or subcontracting. Experience identifying, prioritizing and selling value‑based solutions. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time based on business needs. What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications) Detailed knowledge of solar and BESS maintenance strategies and familiarity with equipment used in utility‑scale solar and BESS facilities. Understanding of energy markets and how various customer types (utility, IPP, developer, etc.) view and prioritize services. Experience developing pricing strategies and negotiating agreements with customers, vendors, or partners to achieve favorable outcomes for multi‑year service agreements and short‑duration standalone projects. Experience as an asset owner. Experience in commercial and business development roles in utility power with equipment, services, or EPC companies. Compensation Annual base salary of $180,000–$230,000. The role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
