Spiritual Care Coordinator

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION The coordinator of Spiritual Care is directly responsible to Patient Care Coordinators for providing spiritual counsel and emotional support to the active and bereaved Hospice patient/family units and to act as liaison between community clergy and Hospice. The Coordinator of Spiritual Care is committed to the philosophy, goals and objective of the Hospice Concept.
