The Value of Working with Us Full-time position Experienced provider or new graduates welcomed Hospital call is 10-14 days per month Clinic is 1-2 days per week Level III trauma center H1-B visa candidates supported Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Compensation is between $625,000 and $675,000 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
