Key Responsibilities: Case Management: Assist in the full lifecycle of complex class action litigation, from case initiation to final resolution. Litigation Support: Attend and support court proceedings such as motion hearings, status conferences, and trials. Qualifications: Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in class action litigation in employment law. Licensure: Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
