Job Description: Flexibility to choose outpatient age preference, focus areas, remote work, and preferred hours. Option for 50% telehealth. Primarily outpatient (95%) with a small inpatient call component (5%). Join a team of 4 psychiatrists, 3 advanced practitioners, 1 psychologist, 7 counselors, full support staff, and leadership support. Inpatient responsibilities include 1:6 inpatient phone calls during weekdays and 1:6 inpatient rounding on weekends. 9-bed inpatient unit for ages 18 and older. Practice and team dedicated to supporting you with autonomy and input on schedule, patient volumes, and practice operations. Leadership invested in your success and open to your input. Strong and available subspecialty support. Opportunities to provide and receive mentorship. Base salary range $322,000-$400,000 based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
