Engage in budgeting and financial strategic planning, cash‑flow management, establishment and maintenance of internal controls and financial policies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, tax, labor, retirement plan, and regulatory requirements. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. CPA, CMA, MBA, or an equivalent professional designation is preferred; strong accounting knowledge is essential. Competent in MS Office applications. Proficiency in Epicor Prophet 21 is highly preferred; working knowledge of financial software and ERP systems is required. Comfortable operating in a hands‑on environment where senior leaders actively participate in day‑to‑day operations. Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats and manage accounting, finance, compliance, benefits administration, and office operations. Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic business perspective. Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
