Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

POSITION SUMMARY The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) provides psychiatric evaluations, treatment plans and ongoing medication management & psychotherapeutic support to patients enrolled in Fora’s Residential and Outpatient programs. The PMHNP also provides treatment services in our low barrier MAT clinic and inpatient Withdrawal Management Unit.
