ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales and Business Development Proactive Sales Engagement: Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, with an emphasis on deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and referrals to other lines of business within the Bank. Growth Focus: Actively identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding clients through deposit and loan options, opening deposit accounts, and taking loan applications. Client-Centric Financial Advice: Through a consultative approach, provide personalized financial advice that aligns with clients’ short-and-long term goals. Utilize a deep understanding of the bank’s products and services while sharing comprehensive, tailored advice that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
