Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Profit sharing Full job description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to oversee a wide range of residential construction / renovations of luxury homes and related residential projects. This role requires deep residential building knowledge, strong leadership, and a client-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and professionalism. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage job site, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Supervise crew to complete all phases of carpentry projects, including framing, door and window installation, trim, cabinets, custom millwork, tile, and flooring. Serve as the on-site point of contact for subcontractors and coordinate with project manager to provide subs and crew with information, materials, and access needed to keep the project running smoothly. Complete detailed daily logs, documenting project progress, employee attendance/performance, and equipment status. Facilitate problem-solving to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS: OSHA 10 Minimum 10 years of experience in residential construction/carpentry, preferably in high-end custom home building. Proficient with all power tools. Ability to interpret blueprints. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Able to lift 50 lbs.
