Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Expenses, Reporting). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, ERP systems, or HRIS/Workday Financials. Hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration and reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Experience with financial compliance (GAAP, audit support, internal controls). Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas) and comfort with data reconciliation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Prior experience with Lawson ERP or other financial systems. Exposure to supply chain or procurement modules. Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades. Process improvement mindset with measurable impact (cost savings, efficiency gains). Junior Accountant Location: Fort Collins, CO | Onsite | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Reports To: Accounting Supervisor Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join a growing accounting team and support daily operations across accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. This role is ideal for someone looking to strengthen their accounting foundation in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multi-entity exposure and advanced system experience. The Junior Accountant will play an integral role in ensuring accurate financial data and assisting with year-end close. Key Responsibilities of the Junior Accountant Manage Accounts Payable functions including invoice processing, coding, and vendor communication (approximately 100 invoices monthly). Assist with bank and account reconciliations across 8 bank accounts and several entities. Support journal entries, intercompany accounting, and ensure subledger-to-GL accuracy. Prepare deposits, assist with invoicing, and participate in month-end close activities. Identify and resolve discrepancies in reconciliations Contribute to special accounting projects and process improvement initiatives.
