Your Impact as Manager, Revenue Accounting In this impactful role, you will: Review and assess revenue contracts and ensure compliance with ASC 606 Lead month-end revenue close activities including reconciliations, journals, and variance analysis Oversee revenue data mapping, transformation, and validation across multiple systems Support quarterly and annual financial statement preparation for assigned revenue streams Assist with external audits and provide required documentation and analysis Maintain and strengthen internal controls over revenue processes Serve as subject-matter expert overseeing Workday revenue functionality Oversee licensing and payout calculations; manage data dissemination and reporting Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to improve revenue accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial data requests and special projects Supervise assigned accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance direction Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 5 years of accounting experience with strong revenue or general ledger background Experience preparing month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue concepts (ASC 606) Advanced Excel skills Supervisory or team leadership experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Preferred: Public accounting experience (Big 4 or regional) CPA or CPA-eligible Workday Financials experience Prior experience with contracted or multi-stream revenue Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive salary annual bonus Hybrid schedule for work-life balance Opportunity to work in a highly recognizable, fast-moving industry Exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and special projects Strong culture, excellent benefits, and long-term stability ZRCFS INNOV2025 LI-TJ1
