Apply and join us on our journey towards global connectivity! Systems Administrator We are looking for a versatile and skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and is comfortable navigating through a diverse technical environment. Role: Manage and maintain diverse computing environments, including Windows, Linux, and MacOS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user support Collaborate with different departments to understand and meet their technical requirements and support needs Test and evaluate new technology to determine its potential benefits for the company Provide technical support and training to users, promoting best practices and efficient use of IT resources Assist in developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures to ensure that practices meet compliance regulations and security standards Implement and oversee network basic administration tasks, including changes to DHCP, DNS, and troubleshooting Requirements: 3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator in a multi-platform environment, with solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and MacOS. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-oriented attitude A strong foundation in basic network administration, including LAN/WAN, network services (DHCP, DNS), and VPN management Bonus: Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Ability to script and automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python What we offer: All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits. Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
