UAS Assessment Nurse

Qualifications Active NY RN license and residence in Albany or Rensselaer County required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; 4–6 years RN experience in care management, LTSS, or a Managed Care Organization (MCO). UAS experience and reliable transportation required (public transit considered). Strong communication, critical thinking, and care coordination skills. Quality Representative, Manufacturing - FTE - 80-90K/yr Benefits & Stock Options - Delanco, NJ As a technical expert in manufacturing, you will resolve issues concerning plant products and quality services, both in the plant and in the field. You will also perform analyses, provide recommendations, and implement actions to measure and improve quality. You will collaborate with the customer and use your subject matter expertise of the client’s quality program and documents to ensure the plant and worksite operations adhere to the company quality standards and expectations. This role is located in the Delanco, NJ plant. Primary Responsibilities: Maintain detailed understanding of plant products, processes, blueprints, quality standards, construction methodology, and the Client's quality program and documents, to provide subject matter expertise to the plant and worksite operations. Develop and maintain reports to measure quality and service levels, while providing analysis and action plans to improve performance. Roll data up through the broader Brand Promise scorecard and participate in meetings with other plant quality personnel. Systematically and proactively expand and improve the plant quality assurance program, through developing, maintaining, coordinating, and implementing systems and procedures. Maintain and proactively upgrade quality standards in all plant departments, as needed. Conduct field and internal plant audits, research issues, and communicate findings and recommendations to the Manufacturing quality team, Worksite, and Architectural Services (ASD). Monitor and plan execution related to rollouts of audits, prototypes, new materials, and/or design changes, alongside Procurement, Architectural Services, Field Coordinators, and Manufacturing quality personnel. Support the training and guidance of Manufacturing Quality Coordinators and plant Quality personnel. Provide training to new employees and new plant start-ups, as needed. Coordinate and manage special projects as directed. Qualifications: 5 years experience in Construction Administration, Construction Quality Control, or directly related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to develop relationships and engage with internal customers and communicate effectively, both written and verbal. Results driven with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Must possess strong organizational, planning and time-management skills. Job Title: Pharmacist Location: Aurora, CO Contract : 3 months Shift: 08: 00 – 18:00 Mon - Fri, 09:00-15:00 Sat/Sun and call Pay Range: $65.00/Hour Job Description: · Works in collaboration with the Director of Pharmacy and, according to standard procedures, compounds and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written prescriptions from physicians. · Participates in Performance Improvement plans within the hospital. · Consults with and advises Administration, Medical Staff, and hospital staff on quality, regulatory, and risk issues within the organization. · Supports and serves as consultant to all Clinical and Medical Staff. · Assists the Director in coordinating and implementing Pharmacy activities. · Interprets medication orders, compounds, and dispenses medication and other pharmaceutical preparations in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards of pharmacy practice. · Supervises technical support staff. · Assists with clinical, quality management, and education programs. · Provides support for all departments regarding the care of patients aged 18 through the geriatric population (65 years). · Participates in the maintenance and dissemination of drug information through in-service education of hospital personnel and consultation with patients, hospital, and Medical Staff. · Actively assists other Pharmacists and Technicians in routine duties as necessary. · Directs activities of and provides professional and technical guidance to Pharmacy personnel. · Exercises professional judgment in providing therapeutic and drug information to patients and healthcare professionals. · Demonstrates competency in the range of treatment required for Adult and Geriatric patients. · Capable of entering a minimum of 40 orders per four-hour shift. · Generates required reports (e.g., Pick I.V., Production reports). · Performs backup procedures correctly. · Assists Technicians in performing technical tasks. · Maintains aseptic techniques. · Checks technician-prepared products prior to release. · Ensures Technician maintains I.V. refrigerator temperature and hood cleaning logs. · Fills orders with correct medication and checks support staff accuracy prior to release. · Prioritizes work to prepare STAT, Now, and Waiting orders in order of importance. · Follows through on “fill on arrival” orders. · Reviews patient profiles to ensure appropriate and safe drug therapy. · Prevents therapeutic duplication, significant drug interactions, and avoidable ADRs secondary to allergies. · Ensures medication ordered is appropriate for patient height, weight, age, renal function, and disease state. · Possesses knowledge of the patient population served.
