Century Sales & Management is in search of a Leasing Advisor to achieve and exceed in the following duties: Field calls, schedule appointments, and show prospective residents available units Assist prospects with the application process Work with Century teams to market and lease available units and help with tasks outside the office Requirements While we are willing to train the right person, you will have overall success with the following knowledge and skills: Advanced organizational skills and accuracy - able to complete many tasks all at once Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills Strong sales background and ability to close a sale ( almost half of your income is commission-based ) Basic knowledge of Google products Other non-skill requirements include: Reliable transportation Valid license and vehicle insurance Must be available to work various Saturdays One year of experience in the leasing or sales field is strongly encouraged Benefits This permanent full-time position is perfect for the individual who loves to be on the go and build relationships! We will reimburse you for mileage and help build your skills to become the master salesperson we know you can be! This is a sales position, so your total income is base commission. Our most successful advisors have made $20 or more/hour!
