PhD a plus. Experience 5 years in B2B SaaS or technical product marketing, ideally within lab informatics, scientific software, or AI/ML for physical sciences, energy, or advanced materials. Technical Understanding Strong grasp of AI/ML applied to physical sciences (e.g., property prediction, generative models for materials, Bayesian optimisation, simulation‑driven design). Comfortable discussing catalysis, sorbents, coatings, or related domains, even if you are not the domain PI. Storytelling & Communication Proven ability to translate complex technical data and workflows into accessible, precise, and compelling narratives for scientists and business stakeholders; strong writing portfolio a plus. Track record of partnering with Product, R&D, and Commercial teams; able to serve as a trusted thought partner to PS leaders and researchers. Execution & Ownership Strong project management skills; capable of coordinating multiple GTM streams in parallel and delivering on deadlines tied to events, partner meetings, and internal milestones. Compensation We expect the base salary for this role to fall between $108,000 – $186,667 USD per year , along with bonus potential and generous early equity.
