Court Reporter - Functions, Qualifications, and Skills: Certified Electronic Reporter support services (remote and/or in-person) must be willing and available to travel for in-person requests for service. Off-site support services can be provided through telephone, VTEL, VANTS, or Lync online services. We do not require digital reporters to produce transcripts related to the proceedings they cover. This position requires the following qualifications, responsibilities, and skills: Duties and Responsibilities: Perform site design from conceptual through construction document phases utilizing Civil3D software.
