Responsibilities The Temporary Marketing & Public Relations Associate supports public relations initiatives that build brand awareness and support Spencer's & Spirit's retail and corporate goals. Working closely with the PR Director and PR & Marketing Assistant, this role supports day\u2011to\u2011day PR strategy and execution in a fast\u2011paced retail environment. Support media and influencer outreach, including pitch development, press materials, and relationship management Manage incoming media requests and ensuring timely, accurate responses aligned with brand voice Assist with product and brand publicity initiatives that support sales, marketing, and corporate reputation Prepare briefing materials and talking points for interviews and press opportunities Support PR analytics and reporting, including media research, pitch execution, and performance tracking Analyze media coverage and campaign performance using tools such as Cision and Meltwater (preferred) Provide PR support for store openings, product launches, press previews, and brand activations Collaborate cross\u2011functionally with marketing, creative, and production teams to manage timelines and deliverables Help ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across external communications Assist with the creation of press releases, media guides, lookbooks, and other PR content assets Contribute to brainstorming, storytelling, and media programming initiatives that elevate brand visibility Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field preferred 5-8 years of relevant marketing and public relations experience; retail or consumer brand experience strongly preferred Proven experience managing media relations, campaign reporting, and executive level communications Strong strategic writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple brand voices Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and clearly communicate insights Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Confident leader with the ability to influence cross functional partners without direct authority Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong Excel skills required for reporting and budget tracking Familiarity with media monitoring, influencer platforms, and performance measurement tools (Cision, Meltwater, PR Newswire) The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Fleet Advertising Specialist

Job Title: Fleet Advertising Specialist Tentative start date : ASAP Pay Rate – $25 to $33/hr. Location : Miramar, Florida, 33027 Shift : First shift Contract : Temp only - 1 year Number of people to hire in the next 5 days: 4 Expected hours: 40 hours/week Benefits: No Work alongside the Supplier Advertising Business Manager to help maintain and assist with invoicing and billing processes that relate to the Supplier Fleet and Out of Home advertising programs. This role will require strong communication and collaboration to effectively monitor and evaluate contracts, invoices, fleet advertising renewals and ongoing administrative tasks with cross-functional teams including the Companies Executive Leadership Team, Corporate Fleet Management team, Legal Department, Companies Suppliers and the Supplier national / local Trade Dev Management functions. Duties and Responsibilities Assist with supporting commercial and daily management aspects of the Company Supplier Advertising program. Assist the Supplier Advertising Business Manager manage key administrative/reporting aspects of the Company Supplier Advertising program such as requesting art templates for fleet advertisement, evaluating completion photos, reviewing third-party vendor invoices, keeping the fleet expirations summary file up to date, etc. Support the Supplier Advertising program to ensure advertising installations are effectively executed from beginning to end. Keep a close eye on upcoming fleet renewals and effectively communicate fleet advertising expiration dates to suppliers for renewals to continue. Work closely with the Company supplier marketing teams, fleet operations management team, and third-party advertising agencies. Work with third party vendors to validate and track progress of advertising campaigns against agreed upon service levels. Work with third-party agencies and vendors involved in the development and installation of all advertising. Work closely with the Corporate Management team and third-party vendors to communicate supplier advertising renewals. Develop and create fleet trackers to effectively monitor and evaluate on-hold, pending and active units. Minimum Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 3 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Commitment: Candidate must be a self-starter with a strong internal drive and desire to do what it takes to complete an assignment effectively. Ability to adapt and work in a diverse environment.
