Job Description Job Description Summary Oversee management of all areas of Facilities so that the shop floor operates with maximum uptime and supports production schedule, quality standards, and cost objectives. This positions manages 24/7 operations for this department, and has several reports across 5 different shifts and schedules. This is a full-time, minimum 40-hour, position that is 100% onsite and involves hands-on work with the team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Maintenance of production equipment and other facilities’ support equipment  Assign and process work orders.  Completing predictive and preventative maintenance tasks.  Maintenance of all applicable records  Daily monitoring of the facilities’ equipment and systems  Handle hazardous materials, including chemicals  Responsible for minor repairs and maintenance  Responsible for maintaining spare parts inventory  Requesting, scheduling, and supervising all third-party vendors.  Interface with process development and production groups for equipment qualification, testing, and maintenance modification within an ISO framework.  Any other tasks assigned by the department manager.
