Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Licensure: Current state license. Valid drivers license. Experience: Two years experience in acute care or home care preferred. Certifications: CPR certification. Other: Employee possesses good assessment and treatment planning skills. Employee is energetic, gets along well with others, has good time management and problem solving skills. Employee possesses good communication and documentation skills.
