Hourly Pay Range: $40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator Location: Glenbrook Hospital Full time Hours: 6a - 2:30p 5-days per week OR 6:30 - 4:30 4-days per week Mon - Fri * What you will do: The Perioperative Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Professional Nurse who ?Has accountability for perioperative nursing care provided in his/her designated surgical specialties. * Coordinates department throughput, efficiencies, resources and staffing. * Secures/Procures and maintains supplies, equipment and instruments necessary to deliver optimal surgical care * Coordinates perioperative workflows, activities, and communicate to all key stakeholders working with or in the perioperative areas. What you will need: Education: BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program. Degree must be acquired within 24 mths, from an accredited nursing program, of hire. Certification/License: IL RN License CPR BLS issued by American Heart Association Experience: Experience in OR setting Team building, leadership acumen, critical thinking and effective communication. Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty. Competencies are unit/specialty specific.
