Accountant

Genesis10 is seeking an Accountant for our financial services client in Lake Mary, FL. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, requiring 4 days a week onsite and 1 day of remote work. Compensation: $30.00 - $41.00/hour W2 dependent on relevant experience. Please note, you must be able to work directly on Genesis10's W2 to be considered for this position. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support our Record-to-Report (R2R) function. In this role, you will help ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting from transaction processing through month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. You will work across general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries while supporting audits, ad hoc requests, and special projects. This role offers exposure to multiple lines of business, legal entities, and geographies, providing opportunities to build a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations. Responsibilities: Develop and extend collaborative working relationships with senior clients, technology, and operational support areas, effectively resolving problems/issues and identifying service improvement areas. Collaborate across various teams, including Trades, Reconciliation, Valuation, Client Onboarding, and Technology Support, to deliver superior service. Foot ledger to the subsidiary ledger of all funds before converting onto the client's accounting platform. Standardize new client reporting for intake within the accounting platform, utilizing approved technology. Make necessary static data mapping for further validation of reports. Review and work with the client and third parties to improve the quality of client instructions. Determining the net asset value (NAV) for assigned funds for each measurement cycle. Requirements: 3-6 years of total work experience. Mutual Fund Accounting experience. Strong reconciliation skills. Self-motivator with a strong work ethic, initiative, critical and strategic problem-solving skills. CNC Laser Operator

CNC VTL Machinist

CNC VTL Machinist – 2nd Shift Aerospace Manufacturing Pay: $28 – $38/hour 15% shift differential (DOE) Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC VTL Machinist to join our aerospace manufacturing team on 2nd shift . This role is ideal for a highly skilled machinist who can perform complex setups, operate with minimal supervision, and produce precision aerospace components to exact specifications. Core Responsibilities Perform complex setups and operate CNC and/or Manual VTL machines on established and NPI jobs with minimal supervision Edit programs and make process adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications and quality requirements Read and interpret blueprints, operation sheets, and technical documentation Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, depth gages, height gages, verniers, etc.) Machine rotating aerospace components, including plasma coatings and K/E seals Collaborate with Engineering on material conditions, part positioning, tooling pressure, and process optimization Detect and report faulty operations, materials, or quality concerns to immediate supervision Support Lean manufacturing initiatives, including 6S and continuous improvement activities Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; comply with all company safety rules and PPE requirements Meet production schedules and support flexible hours and overtime as required Provide training and technical guidance to other machinists as needed Qualifications 3–5 years of machining experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC and/or Manual VTLs and manual lathes Hands-on experience with VTL and manual lathes such as Mazak, Mori-Seiki, and Leblond Experience machining plasma coatings and K/E seals on rotating aircraft components Strong math skills with solid knowledge of GD&T Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) Willingness to learn basic CNC programming Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Education High School Diploma or GED required Why Join Us?
