Direct communication with customers throughout the entire project to ensure excellent customer service. Ensures technical problems with installations and troubleshooting assignments are communicated to the Senior Project Manager. Utilize our pool of subcontractors while constantly seeking new resources to complete projects on time and under budget. Ensures material, supplies, permits, and inspections are obtained in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures the timely and quality completion of all construction and carpentry projects. Ensures adherence to the construction scope detailing time and material specifications, and communicates to the management any discrepancies in the scope. Assists in change order estimating, approval process, and documentation. Qualifications: Proven technical experience in the home remodeling industry or a related field. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 5 years of project management or superintendent experience Travel within the assigned territory Self Motivated Great organizational skills General computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Drive, etc.) Great communication skills We offer competitive pay and up to 10 Paid Days Off.
