Summary: Shift: Weekdays, 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM [Lunch: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM] Responsibilities: Handle and distribute materials from the shipping department. Conduct inventory, shipments, and supplies throughout the plant and warehouse. Pack wooden/overpack boxes and load customer orders onto trucks for shipment. Operate industrial lift truck equipment safely and proficiently. Accurately pull parts for production areas and stock parts in warehouse locations. Shipping and receiving of outgoing and incoming materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain equipment accordingly. Comply with safety requirements and company policies. Complete production and quality assurance forms. Participate actively in team meetings and group discussions. Actively participate in continuous improvement activities or events as required. Operator II - 2nd Shift

Summary: This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Responsible for the production of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Includes detailed assembly and operation of various equipment and machinery per documented procedures. Responsibilities: Assemble medical devices and related components, potentially in a controlled cleanroom environment. Perform electronic assembly, casting/coating functions, mechanical assembly, and packaging. Clean tools and equipment per documented procedures. Dispose of hazardous waste material in designated areas. Use microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and operate various equipment. Perform routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures. Conduct visual inspections and precision measurements on components and assemblies. Perform tests on units using computerized test equipment. Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools. Package devices ensuring all parts are accurate and documentation is complete. Maintain accurate records to ensure travelers, shop floor paperwork, and quality documents are accurate. Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices and equipment. Participate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives to enhance production processes. Notify supervisor or lead of the need to replenish supplies/materials and of any production difficulties. Participate with the Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager in setting and monitoring individual goals and cell performance metrics. Cooperate in keeping a clean, sanitary work environment throughout the building. Requirements: Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow English written procedures at a 6th-grade level. Manufacturing Engineer

Summary: Duration: 12 Months Responsibilities: Generate and maintain CNC programs utilizing NX-CAM or other software, focusing on Fast-hole EDM drilling and multi-axis small hole drilling. Verify new CNC programs prior to release on the shop floor utilizing Vericut. Provide CNC-related support to Manufacturing Engineers and operator training during new/rebuilt machine startup and/or process improvements. Provide daily operator support in the form of CNC programming and troubleshooting support to the shop floor. Support and implement tooling & fixturing requirements associated with CNC machine tools. Generate and support workstation instructions (methods) for CNC-related issues. Initiate and lead process improvement projects to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Provide effective communication to appropriate team members when needed. Work effectively as an individual and in a team-based environment in a matrixed organization. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while embracing and driving positive change inside and outside the organization when appropriate. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or Machinist Apprentice (or similar) graduate with 3 years of experience with graphical-based CAM System CNC Programming OR High School Degree with 6 years of experience with graphical-based CAM System CNC Programming. Required Skills: Experience with Siemens NX CAM (1953 or later). Hands-on experience with Fast-hole EDM drilling. Proficiency in generating toolpaths, including creating helper geometry to drive paths. Experience with FANUC Macro B for probing, tool selection, data capture, and hole-location logic; comfortable reading and extending existing macros. Familiarity with 3-2-1 (six-point) nesting and basic probing routines; working knowledge of CMM/metrology concepts. Capable of implementing trigonometry and basic matrix rotations directly in code. Strong problem-solving and organization skills, with above-average shop math skills in geometry and trigonometry. Experience using Vericut or other CNC verification/machine simulation software. Strong familiarity with multiple machine controls including Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Siemens. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting drawing requirements. Ability to multi-task and productively manage multiple projects concurrently. Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Machine Tool Technology. Experience machining high-temperature superalloys found in HDGT or Aerospace components.
