You will engage with individuals and families who are navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania. \n A strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to applying these approaches in practice. \n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a focus on hospice or end-of-life care preferred. \n Proficient in crisis intervention techniques and experience in facilitating group therapy sessions. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
