Executive Communication & Portfolio Governance – Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on portfolio performance and market opportunities; lead executive‑level portfolio reviews and present business cases, product strategies, and commercialization plans. Qualifications We Need You to Possess Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 10 years of progressive product management experience in the medical device, healthcare technology, surgical robotics, or medical technology industry. 5 years of people‑leadership experience, including building and managing high‑performing product management teams. Proven success leading product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for complex medical technology products. Experience developing business cases, market assessments, and investment recommendations that influence portfolio and resource allocation decisions. Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive alignment across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial organizations. Strong understanding of product commercialization, launch planning, market adoption strategies, and customer engagement. Experience presenting product strategies, business cases, and portfolio recommendations to executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
