Production Operator - 2nd OR 3rd Shift
A-Line Staffing is now hiring Production Operator in Germantown, WI, 53022. The Production Operator would be working for a Major Nutrition, Health, and Beauty Company. Production Operator Highlights: 100% Onsite at a Major Nutrition, Health, and Beauty Company. Pay Range: $23.00/hr- shift premium included for 2nd shift $24.00/hr- shift premium included for 3rd shift Schedule options 2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm Sunday - Thursday 3rd shift: 11 PM to 7 AM Monday-Friday Production Operator Responsibilities: Produce various food ingredients while following standardized formulas and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Operate blending, drying, fermentation, extraction, filtration, and other production processes Set up, calibrate, and monitor instruments such as pH meters, thermometers, conductivity meters, and metal detection devices Tear down, clean, and reassemble production equipment including pumps, grinders, valves, and mills Troubleshoot process, equipment, and product deviations while maintaining operational efficiency Utilize SAP for accurate process documentation and inventory tracking Follow SOPs for mixing, pH adjustments, transfers, and production sequences Take samples for QA analysis and maintain accurate records Perform minor maintenance work as needed to support continuous operations Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation schedules Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant manufacturing environment while following all SHE, cGMP, HACCP, and safety guidelines Production Operator Qualifications: · High School Diploma or equivalent required Forklift Driver Certification required 1 year of relevant manufacturing or process experience preferred Food manufacturing experience is a plus Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and comprehend English Ability to lift 50-60 lbs repetitively Ability to wear a respirator as needed Flexibility to work overtime and adjusted schedules when necessary Must be at least 18 years old If you are interested in this Production Operator position, please apply to this posting with Marie A. at A-Line!
