Identify high-potential customers and establish relationships with senior decision-makers in the A&D industry. Conduct advanced product presentations and demonstrations, tailored to the specific needs of larger or more complex potential customers. Attend and sometimes speak at industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services. Utilize CRM software to track all customer interactions comprehensively, ensuring all data is up-to-date and reflects all communications and transactions. Negotiate contracts, quote prices, prepare detailed proposals, and provide information regarding terms of sales and delivery timelines. Participate in resolving complex billing disputes and negotiating terms as necessary. Monitor and analyze trends in customer sales and margins to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide occasional assistance in the showroom, particularly during product launches or promotional events. Prospect for new business opportunities, utilizing a network of contacts and industry knowledge to generate substantial new sales. Engage in strategic cold calling and other proactive sales techniques. Continuously maintain, organize, and update CRM to ensure all information is accurate and actionable. Mentor junior sales staff and lead by example in all areas of customer interaction. Other duties as assigned, including potential leadership responsibilities within the sales team. What You Bring to the Team Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience, specifically within the A&D industry. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with evidence of substantial revenue generation. Experience in leading sales projects and closing large-scale deals. Demonstrated experience with high-end and luxury brands. Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a sales team.
