You’ll be part of a team that values positive self‐esteem , goal setting , teamwork , and measurable skill progression. You’ll help children not just learn gymnastics, but build coordination, balance, strength and confidence that carry into life. aeonfitgym.com Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver gymnastics, Ninja, tumbling classes for various age groups (from 18 months to 18 years) including recreational and competitive levels. Design age‐appropriate, safe, fun, and motivational lessons that encourage physical, cognitive, emotional and social development. Employ teaching styles that adapt to individual skill levels and learning styles. Provide positive encouragement, set personal and team goals, and give constructive feedback to athletes and parents. Maintain a safe and clean training environment; adhere to which the club follows professional guidelines (e.g., USA Gymnastics (“USAG”) based programs). aeonfitgym.com Monitor and track student progress; collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure the best learning experience. Represent our culture of lifelong fitness and wellness, and help nurture that mindset in students. Qualifications Previous experience coaching gymnastics or related youth fitness/ Ninja activities. Ability to teach and engage with children of all ages (from toddlers to teens). Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with coaches, parents and students. Safe, reliable, positive, and energetic attitude. Willingness to commit to our mission of lifelong movement development and wellness. aeonfitgym.com USAG certification or willingness to obtain preferred (but not strictly required).
