Strong understanding of blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and machining processes. Familiarity with CNC simulation and CAD/CAM software tools. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline. Experience with advanced CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, or Fusion 360. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Certification from recognized industry bodies such as NIMS (National Institute for Metalworking Skills). Experience programming multi-axis CNC machines and robotics integration. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
