Your work will focus on addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. You will cultivate therapeutic relationships that empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. \n Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee. \n Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiarity with Google Suite. \n Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex information in an accessible manner. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings is highly desirable. \n Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and supporting families through systemic and relational issues. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
