Partner with planning and scheduling teams to establish manufacturing priorities and sequencing. Evaluate operational reports and address manufacturing, logistics, maintenance, and delivery issues to minimize downtime and delays. Establish, refine, and enforce standard operating procedures; observe workflows to ensure adherence to best practices. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machinery, tooling, and manufacturing processes. Partner with quality teams to address customer issues, nonconformances, and corrective actions; provide coaching and training as needed. Serve as a manufacturing representative in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Perform additional duties as required to support business needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment. Hands-on exposure to CNC machining operations. Experience with Lean manufacturing methodologies; Green Belt certification preferred. Working knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement principles.
