Piedmont Columbus Regional Family Medicine Residency Program in Columbus, Georgia is recruiting a full-time family physician faculty member to join its outstanding Family Medicine residency program established in 1972. The program recently graduated its 50th class of family physicians. The program is a 36-resident stand-alone program that also sponsors the Sports Medicine fellowship at Auburn University. The residency program has both allopathic and osteopathic medical school affiliations. The successful applicant will have a passion for patient care and teaching and be a role model in both the ambulatory and inpatient setting. Position Requirements: Family Medicine Board Certification (American Board of Family Medicine or American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice) Possess or obtain an unrestricted Georgia medical license Two years of clinical patient care experience preferred. Will consider younger promising faculty.
